The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the train terminal and the metro, making it convenient to explore all of Rome's attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast options are delicious, and the coffee is top-notch. the hotel offers a secure and peaceful accommodation, allowing for a good night's sleep.
One downside is that the hotel does not have a phone in the room, and there is inconsistency in using the phone at the front desk.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Rome. the location was superb, near to everything and just a short walk from the center. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations. Lastly, the rooms had character and were cleaned to a high standard daily. Although they could do with a little decoration, they were comfortable and provided all the basic amenities one would need. Additionally, the breakfast included nutella or jelly and was served promptly with a delicious cappuccino.
Everything was okay, nothing to complain about.

We loved the hotel's location as it was close to common transport, making it easy for us to reach any tourist attraction. the hotel facilities were excellent, providing us with a comfortable and spacious room. the staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for us to relax in.
